Leg Rig
In todays lesson we made a simple skeleton of the body starting with the hips.
Side plane of the left leg created using the joint tool and snap to grid shortcut "X" to keep everything aligned.
Right side duplicated through a mirror joint operation.
The rigged version using the IK handle tool combining both SC Solvers and RP Solvers.
Using Nurbs and the constraint tools I created controls that I could use to more easily move the skeleton. The arrows control the knees and the foot pads control everything from the knee down and also assist in the flexion of the knee itself by lifting it.
